Shades of red and green

I popped up to Poolewe and Inverewe gardens today. They are on the west coast just above Gairloch and the weather was fine and sunny. More importantly....NO MIDGES !

We were about 2 weeks late for the best of the Rhodies and Azeilia flowers but there were some stunning close up photo's to be had. As usual I came away with a stack load but nothing I had not photographed before. I came around a corner on the south side of the garden just as the sun came out from some misty cloud to give the dappled light on this plant with the red flowers. I liked the way some of the petals were backlit. I searched everywhere for a plant label to identify it but couldn't find one so if someone could help please.
