Two Ducks and a Tower

SUNDAY

I was wide awake at 06:45 this morning so went downstairs for some cereal, a cappuccino and 90 minutes with the Sunday paper.

It was cold outside and at 09:00 I donned my running gear (including a hat and gloves) and headed up to Norland Moor for a run over the moor and then back home. 8 km in just under an hour. Not a particularly fast time, but the terrain can be difficult.

A 95 mile trip to the house in Wales this afternoon. The decorator has now completed three rooms - only another five to go.

 Unusually there was a couple of ducks on the pond on Norland Moor. Wainhouse Tower is visible in the background.
