High Tide

After shopping nearby we nipped down to Portobello for a quick hoof along the prom and beach around high tide, this is the Figgate/Braid Burn entering the sea as the waves try to push it back. The lighting is poor as it was then in shade.

As you see, it is much cleaner than my previous blip, when a drainage pipe had broken, any colour is from the sand.

Although the sky was blue and the sun shone brightly, the wind was cold, gearing up for the return of winter in the next few days.
