Yoga with my daughter and friend this morning. It was a new routine for us all, challenging for mind and body, but we all said we felt better for it. I think we chatted about this ‘n that for just as long afterwards.

I’ve been hearing about using Diamataceous earth in the garden and home, so went to Frankton and bought the shop’s last pot this afternoon. I’m hoping it will help to get rid of an unidentified tiny insect that is making the leaves curl on my runner beans, long pepper, and lemon tree. It’s been very frustrating.
