Tiny green tomatoes

This year we have our biggest ever crop of tomatoes. Lots of rain, followed by hot sunny days have provided perfect growing, fruiting and ripening conditions. Those we haven't given away I've been cooking up for a good couple of hours on low heat with some lemon juice, salt and a tiny bit of sugar. Then I've put it through the Mouli to remove the seeds and we have very nice tomato juice from which M makes bloody Mary.

After today's harvest we've mostly green tomatoes left on the vines. Another couple of days and we'll have another lot of red ones.
