Aquamarine/Nanna K's Day

Women and Art in Seattle

Very nice day with friend Cathy…we went to South Lake Union for a walk and then a bite to eat in the MOHAI Cafe.   And then a trip to the Frye Art Museum where we were pleasantly surprised by a show of the paintings of 82 yo Katherine Bradford,  and also Marsden Hartley, both painters from Maine.    The artist liked the sea and marine paintings and so did we….but also lots of interesting figures…extra is “Striped People with long arms”.    A quick visit to blipper Mike”s house boat and dinner OUT.    All fun.
