its snowing!

woke up to snow this morning which fell quite heavily over the morning. 
We were getting worried about needing to drive from here tomorrow, as we're up a rather narrow winding lane, but by lunchtime it was easing off. Had a walk in nearby woods this afternoon and luckily by this evening most of the snow had melted.  This was the view from the bedroom window this morning.
