Friday: Hazel Catkins and Blue Sky …

… and another Clematis, this one has 2 flower buds!
I was woken up in the middle of the night by a raging wind and torrential rain being blown against the bedroom window, even shutting the little window tight didn’t reduce the awful noise … I must have slept eventually because I woke at 8am feeling very tired :-((
Very little done during the day, some family history - 2 more cousins matched into my tree. Fed the birds a few times, temperature barely above freezing but nice blue sky. Cooked meatballs in pasta sauce for MrD’s tea and relaxed …!
