Carrot cake

I had to run to the grocery store for a couple of different things and so decided to add the few items I would need to make a carrot cake.

I made the carrot cake and did a bit of bead weaving while it was baking.

I had just cut myself a piece when Kent came home so he cut himself a piece as well.

My sister-in-law stopped by on her way home from work and I gave her about 1/3 of the cake and she got the Simplicity Starfish necklace & earrings that I had made her for her birthday, which was yesterday.
