Just another sunset

Sorry ... irresistible. Later alternative in extras. Almost any skyline photo I take here is going to have masts in it. The new pylons! But they are the reason we have such a great Internet connection up here.

It's been a glorious summer day ... intercambio in the morning outdoors and in the shade. When I got back to the car, parked in the sun, it said it was 33C. Our terrace was blazing hot in the sun, but very pleasant in the shade, so I made the most of it, along with Mystère whose favoured sleeping spot is now under the table. As sunset approached, a little breeze and some wispy cloud arrived, so it had to be done.

Blipping soundtrack this evening is a marvellous concert by true diva Cécile McLorin Salvant with brilliant pianist Aaron Diehl on Arte. Don't know if you can see it where you are, but if you can it is worthwhile. Includes a song in Occitan! All songs from her new album, on my wishlist now.
