Birthday socks

It was a faintly sunny morning, and I went outside for a while to photograph the pussy willow and the first buds on the cherry plum tree outside the house. I wasn't pleased with the photos though, so instead here are J's birthday socks, a gift from her PA, which I think are very sweet and appropriate, as she's so enjoying watching the tits on the feeders outside her window. She had organised an online meet-up with two friends to play Outsmarted, which is a quiz game which players can join remotely online, and then to chat on Zoom; this was a belated birthday celebration, so she wanted to wear her new birthday clothes, and I took a series of photos for her.
