Today was the last quiet day I'll have all week, with lots of announcements coming between now and Thursday including full year results, what were doing about pay this year and a few other things. Most of the news won't be great, retail has had a tough year, and I have at least two calls or update sessions every day with people who will all want to talk about things in a slightly different way. 

Home via the gym, always a better end to the day than just jumping on the train.
