Berwick-upon-Tweed

Left snowy Stirling this morning, rendezvousing with my friend J on the train. Into Edinburgh, changed trains and over the border to Berwick-upon-Tweed. We're here for three nights and plan to walk some of the Berwickshire and Northumberland coastal paths. The object is to see some lighthouses. Today's was an easy walk to the lighthouse at the mouth of the Tweed. We then had a walk along the town wall and back to the flat where we're staying.

Blipping now with a cup of tea then we'll be heading out to find some food. I'm afraid I might not have much chance to look at blips for a few days though.

The weather is lovely! The North Sea is lively but there's no wind and the sun is shining. Its great to be away with J again, something we've not managed since 2019.
