On the River

We have two or three cormorants seen on the patch of river near to us, often flying up and down.  Today as we were taking a walk we saw one land on the water and let the flow take him along.  The swan he passed was unimpressed. 

The +'tive bar on my Covid test today was looking decidedly fainter, though I still have a racking cough.  The GP has prescribed some antibiotics to help me in case of chest infection.  I think they're pretty strong so maybe I'll get some sleep tonight.

It's good to get out everyday, if even for a short walk and blast of fresh air.  Though it's home made coffee for the time being.
