Hello Doc

A terrible night.  Didn't sleep much.  And went from hot to cold and achey.

Managed to have a mid morning snooze.

Managed to speak to the doc today, not in person though, and he prescribed me a nasal spray.  Sadly that spray hasn't been in stock for months, so I still have nothing.
