Bus Pass Walk

Well, we went for the 10:02 bus in the village and it blobbed as is often the case.  I got on the 10:24 616 and the others had got on the K4, but no matter, we met up at the bus stop in Bingley - it started snowing! Hopped on the X60 Leeds bus and had a debate about going into Leeds, but then stuck to our original plan and alighted in Saltaire.  Walked down to Hirst Wood - of course we had to pause for coffee at the Higher Ground.  Very busy, but good coffee as always.  A wander through Hirst Woods (rather muddy!), and then back to Bingley along the canal.  We seemed to get all 4 seasons in the space of a couple of hours with snow, rain, wind and sunshine!  A good walk though and great refreshments as usual at The Loft, and timing just right to catch the K4 back to the village.
