The first blooms have come out on our camellia in the last couple of days so thought it was time for the first blip of the year.

It’s turned out to be a busy domestic kind of day: baking bread while Tess was at Keep Fat, more flat pack furniture building and a surprise visit from my sister and brother in law for a cup of tea and a less-of-a-surprise one from Chris this afternoon
