Cambria hybrid orchid.

The Royal Horticultural Society tell me these hybrids are based on Oncidium orchids.   The hybrids are among the "household" orchids which aren't too difficult to get to flower.  Pure Oncidium are more dificult.

The Cambria are said to be able to flower every 8 months.  Not for me they don't, I have had this one a couple of years or so.  It has been worth the wait!  The flower spike is 62cm (2 ft) long and has 37 flowers on it.
