verbascum seed heads

I had a quick wander around the yard, trying to find something that would be interesting as a closeup.  These verbascum seed heads were intriguing. They are the sweetest little flowers in the summer and the bees go gaga for them. They spread like crazy and for the most part I let them do their thing. Here is a summer blip of them.
