Icing

I twinged my right quad when out walking yesterday and so decided against country dancing last night and instead rested, applied ice packs (courtesy of the dentist last summer) and elevated my leg (using yoga bolter and cushions). It was still feeling a bit sore this morning so I continued in the same vein. 

Our u3a is setting up a Theatre Going Group and I meet with others this afternoon to start planning - meeting, rather appropriately, in the theatre itself. I would normally walk but T gave me a lift and I got another one back. 

Leg is feeling better but I will take it easy for the next few days.
