Extras:  S.W. end of Burriana beach, panorama of said beach, collared dove which visits our balcony to beg for nibbles, aquaduct near the Cuevas, yesterday.
Most of this morning on the beach.  Tried again to get in for a swim.  As far as my knees, but too painful to go further.  Elderly gent with low, low pain threshold.
BTW, SWMBO has not been in further than her ankles!!
