My miniature weeping cherry………….

……..is beginning to blossom.
Our youngest granddaughter’s 4th birthday today,
We took her gift and card round this morning
Always great excitement in the house on birthdays,!
She was having a little tea party later with some little friends.
We had some birthday cake and she enjoyed opening her card and present.
After we left we took ourselves off to the local Farmhouse Bistro nearby and had a bite to eat and a coffee. It was surprisingly quieter there this morning.
Later in the afternoon the intermittent sporadic bits of showers all banded together and rained instead. But we had one line of washing dried thankfully.
