Up nice and early as I had a presentation to finish, as we were presenting to the Exec.

The team smashed it, as you can see by the messages I got from the CEO.  So proud of them both.

Good one-to-ones with the rest of the team.

We're not quite there but there is more positive than negative these days.

Today I am thankful for:
