Notes: Hot day - low of only 70! Was up late and didn't wake up very early. Decided to head out first thing and did a couple small errands at Walmart and Publix. Was gray and cloudy and got to experience a little rain while I was out - didn't last long tho. Cleared and went to hot and humid. Did a load of laundry, went to the pool briefly and then showered. Took a shot at healthy key lime pie w/ pecan crust and replaced sweetened condensed milk w/ creamed coconut - did not turn out very well tho. Made the cubed salmon w/ an arugula salad, called Mom and then jumped on the 2p Premiere of Honey C Golden and Jo that they recorded yesterday.
