Orchid

The clocks sprang forward this morning, giving us lighter evenings and (at the moment) relatively late sunrise.

We were heading over to the NEC for a home building and renovation show, but I just had time to grab the macro lens and capture the orchid in the bathroom.  It is one of the most reliable flowering plants we have, providing interest for moths on end.  That despite it being completely pot-bound.  I just can't bring myself to re-pot it in case I break the run of flowering periods.
