Boat Race

A gloomy wet day. Amanda from the Care Team came to visit and assess me. Thus I am promised an extra rail on the bed to help me shuffle on, a Carer for the morning to help me wash and dress and an outdoor frame.

Have moved to the wing back armchair where I can at least nod off. Missed the Ladies boat race but caught half of the Men's race which looked a close run thing. Being of Suffolk descent, I was pleased that Cambridge won.
