Mono Monday: From your window

For Mono Monday it's the view from my bedroom window, but I thought I might include the window itself too.

The usual 'day back from a break' day; washing etc.  I've been waiting all day for a courier to collect a parcel.  Of course, as it was Evri, they haven't turned up.  I wonder if there is a way in which I can congratulate them for persistently maintaining perhaps the worst service I have ever experienced from a company.  There must be a skill in managing to get that bad?
