Food Bank

For sometime now, I have volunteered for a couple of hours a week at a local food bank. All customers are referred by an approved agency and are offered support to ensure that they are receiving what ever kind of help they might need. The shelves today were much fuller than last week as a large company had just made a very generous donation!
After doing my stint, which I always enjoy, I went for a lunch time swim. Another Tuesday regular activity!
