Mechanical Energy

The Wide Wednesday challenge is machinery and I remembered it as mechanical.  Oh, well.  I'll still post it as I thought mechanical energy was quite interesting.  One some one or something is moving their muscles that is mechanical energy.    One of our neighbors was running by and I got a shot of her just before she started running again as she stopped to say hello!       Many thanks to Bob for hosting WW and I'll try to get it right next time!!
