this lot in the pre-purchase survey report made my house affordable. I'm not sure whether these bedroom ones are alive - those in the kitchen were and I used to have to wash the wood-dust out of utensils before I used them - but I'm going to assume they are and 'treat' them (odd word for 'kill').
