2023 Thursday — Gift Getting

This morning my Bible Study Fellowship group met 45 minutes earlier than usual to have food and fellowship. The food was delicious (fruit, eggs, pastry, and a tasty breakfast casserole) and the opportunity to get to know the others, especially since I’m new to this group, was very meaningful.

Our leader Jerri had decorated the room beautiful with table cloths and vases of fresh flowers. She had prepared a gift bag complete with bow and tissue for each gal.

In our actual study we are taking a close look at the Old Testament Jeremiah. I learned a lot this week about this prophet and the times he lived in.

This has been a very enjoyable day. This evening we enjoyed Fish & Chips at the Dutchman Restaurant in Morro Bay.
