Crane Season

Another wet and windy day so not great for an outdoor event but I took myself down to the Car Show anyway and pootered about for a while. Every car and van dealer and their brother were there but I didn’t see much business getting done. The biggest crowds were around the hot drinks stalls.
Strolled back past this building site which I think was a meadow last time I was here but which will soon be home to another hundred or so families. And they’ve just finished the local school extension too!
A few surprises: car prices are cheaper here than in the UK; magnolia and cherry trees are in full bloom already; I managed to eat a whole durum for my tea.
