urdhva dhanurasana

We are all in our own processes of transition, release and surrender, yet in the midst of such intensity there is a reflection of hope amidst a sea of doubt and disbelief. We will see in the world what we have cultivated within ourselves. Yoga teaches us to have faith in our own ability to change and grow, to know and evolve our own values and literally to become the change we want to see in the world. Accordingly what change we can believe in is a direct reflection of our own strength and grace.

Strava Day 667.

***
Featured photo was shot by B before we left San Jose boulevard this morning. We planned this early trip with T but somehow Waze and B got us there a little later than our preferred time. Gramps suggested this as this is where he passes by in his daily cycling distance rides. When we got home and showed him our photos, he said, he goes 3km beyond this area daily.

Hopefully, we'll be able to squeeze in an earlier trip next time to catch either the sunrise or just a relatively cooler feel. The sun was already sweltering at 6:30 AM but T enjoyed at least 30 minutes running after crabs in the beach area.

Always grateful for family, good food, nature and space.
Have a good one!
