Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg

Jill and I did some wandering before going to the light rail to get to her symposium. We saw this stunning cathedral from outside our hotel last night, so we had to visit it.

It's amazing. This spire is 466 feet (142 meters) tall and was the tallest building in the world from 1647 to 1874. That is impressive. I had never seen something this intricate before. Wow.

In extras are stained glass in the cathedral and some sights I saw while exploring by myself. I also walked across the Rhine River into Germany, which was really cool.
