It's the end of term, so Abi has come home, although she needs to go back to Sheffield on Sunday to receive some training for her new job.

I picked her up from Lancaster, yesterday evening, and I made her macaroni cheese for dinner, which is her favourite. 

This evening, I thought I'd make another dish that I know she loves: roast sweet potato and mozzarella. It came out pretty well, I think.
