Home Sweet Home

I crashed today. I suppose I've had 12 days of continuous non-stop coming and going with very little downtime. I couldn't possibly have imagined being able to sustain that a few years ago. But it's frustrating when there's so much to do. I had to accept that nothing creative was going to get done today, not even much of the mundane either.

Come midday I felt so tired that I decided to take a power nap, setting the alarm to give me half an hour. The next thing I knew it was half past three in the afternoon. After initially being annoyed at the thought that I was never going to get those three hours back, I decided that perhaps I needed them!
