Rope Ends

I stumbled upon a graduation tradition in one of the most beautiful courtyards on campus. Being accompanied by an enthused professor who was clicking away pictures on his iphone, I started to realize a joyous grimness to witnessing such a beautiful day. Though my eyes were bright and my heart so light, I was reminded that my time here was only brief. What will be shaped by the words that I say and the things that I write were but the rope ends in a tug-of-war game.
