Good job I bagged my blip as I waited for Roy to pick me up! The Pilates studio is on the top floor of the old Co-op building near Wakefield - two tall flights of stairs as a warm up before you even start the class ;) 

I thought the combination of natural and artificial light shining on the stairs would do nicely for WidWed today - not to mentions the old fashioned lamp along the corridor! Thanks Bob...
