Tulips in a tree

What a difference a day makes. Bright skies and dry today. I took the spaniel for his first proper (five miles) walk in ten days and took his cone off for a few hours (it will have to go back on tonight). As we came into Turville Heath I noticed this bunch of tulips in a vase tied to the branch of a tree. I suppose it must be a private memorial. The meadow we were passing through was part of the grounds of what is now a house called 'Saviours'. It was previously the private chapel of the nearby Turville Park (the home of Lord Sainsbury).
