Phytoplankton

A cold wet and grey day. On the bright side, the spaniel is back in full working order and is finally rid of the cone. I made use of yesterday's sunshine to start a new wet cyanotype print using the last of my Honesty seedheads. So from left to right we have, the print (with seeds in place) after two hours exposure (left), the print after rinsing in water (middle) and the print after oxidation overnight (right). I thought this looked vaguely like some form of phytoplankton.
