Bread

After all the walking about yesterday, I have a blister the size of a cross-channel ferry under the big toe of my right foot. Probably a good job that I'm not doing the marathon.

Today's blip is a potato and rosemary loaf, it also has some parmesan in the dough and on top. I've not made this before, so I wasn't expecting the dough to bloom the way it has in the oven, but it tastes very nice indeed.
