Sparrow

This morning several sparrows appeared on our fences and in trees that are producing seeds and presumably also harbour insects. Some birds looked like fledglings, though I am not sure how old they actually are. I watched for about half an hour and managed to capture a picture of this little guy. It probably helped that Maisie (dog) was at day care today :)
