Hill of Tarvit Mansionhouse,

Pat and I are at Hill of Tarvit volunteering as guides on a normal visitor day.

The various Easter Egg Days were very successful.  Today is a normal visitor day and the visitors are very interested in the house and the various collections.

The day passes quickly and many interesting questions are asked and answered. The younger visitors of primary school age ask some very probing questions and I can usually provide a satisfactory answer.

The day passes quickly, but more volunteers would be helpful.

Today’s Blipfoto is a detail of the Oak woodwork in the Great Hall showing the very high quality of the craftsmanship produced 120 years ago.

Arriving home, I begin the process of copying all of the apps and data to my new iPhone.
