Morning sun…

A fine, mild day after a cool start. Heavy dew, almost a frost. I walked Maisie early and once again there were lots of dogs and their owners enjoying themselves. This view is looking downstream. There are a lot of weeds in the river. Whitebait are spawning so the weeds will not be cleared out until next month, May.
Steve, Margaret’s partner is staying for a few days. He went off mountain biking: a perfect day for it: sunshine, no wind. He rode over 40 kms …. Covered a lot of ground.
I spent some time gardening… otherwise a quiet day.
