Red face!

Back from my run up the valley - this doesn't do justice to how pink I was! :-D

Did something different this evening. Did a fast walk up the valley to Prince of Wales Park, did a little uphill running in the park (the paths are quite steep) and then ran over Gilstead Crags and back down the valley. Knees and ankles are all still intact :-)
