Spiders in Space

Opened the old bay window of my bedroom to see a a colony of baby spiders suspended via a virtually invisible web. A lovely surprise.

Wellness
A busier day than hoped on domestic and gardening, but Mrs M seemed to think I looked a bit better. A friend called tonight re the pain releif from TENS machines, which has motivated me to find ours and re-try.

Still plently of banter and laughs every day - so that's great.
