Not sure what they're doing here...!

There's clearly something going on in the field behind this temporary fencing. There used to be a hedgerow where the fencing is, and the field was farmed. It's just across the railway line from the felled trees which I blipped some weeks ago, which I understood was for a new underpass beneath the railway line (the railway is just behind the figure in the distance), but what's going on here looks much more than just preparation for that. Time will tell.
