Chasing The Blues Away

Another dark rainy day but the ground is soaking it all in so I won’t complain. Soon buds will pop, flowers will grow, bees will buzz. After the hummingbird jets arrive, the butterfly gliders and daring dragonflies will appear. Somehow they all crisscross the yard harmoniously in August. And to think it all begins with rain :) • Sad to hear the great singer and activist, Harry Belafonte passed. He didn’t write the song, but he was the first to record it in 1956. Jamaican Farewell.
