Pieris Japonica

I had to stay at home this morning for a plumber coming and quite enjoyed the enforced time spent pottering about, so much so, I decided to do the same this afternoon! 
Spent some time in the front garden, the Pieris is a vibrant red in the sunshine, and I like the way it stretches up to the sky like the larger trees in the distance.
