In good shape

A busy day.  I decided to go to a spin class this morning which was enjoyable and a bit more relaxed than the sprint cycle class which isn't surprising.  Once home I had a variety of tasks for the day.  So sourdough was made, the potatoes put in the allotment and some baking started to take away in a few days time.

I hadn't time to go out for a blip but happened to see several pheasants in the field opposite.  The male pheasant in this image was close to a female one which probably explains his rather impressive tail that was sweeping up and down.  There were several other males further away which eventually decided to run across to them.
